Our return policy
You can return items within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed and in their original condition with tags attached.
For hygiene reasons we can't accept returns of opened baby-care products (such as pacifiers, teethers, bottles, diapers, wipes, creams, food and formula), underwear, swimwear without the hygiene strip, or other sealed items once the seal is broken. This does not affect your statutory rights if an item is faulty.
Your right of withdrawal (EU customers)
If you live in the European Union you have the legal right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period ends 14 days after the day on which you, or a third party named by you who is not the carrier, take physical possession of the goods. Our 30-day return policy comes on top of this right.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us (KuldneCommerce OÜ, Tartu mnt 67/1-13b, 10115 Tallinn, Estonia, hello@mytinybabyworld.com) of your decision by a clear statement, for example by email. You may use the model withdrawal form below, but it is not obligatory. To meet the deadline, it is enough to send your message before the withdrawal period has expired.
Effects of withdrawal
If you withdraw, we will refund all payments received from you, including the standard delivery costs (not the extra cost of a more expensive delivery method you chose), without undue delay and no later than 14 days after we receive your notice. We use the same payment method you used for the original transaction, unless agreed otherwise; you will not pay any fees for the refund. We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or you have supplied proof of having sent them back, whichever is earliest.
Please send the goods back without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days after you told us about your withdrawal. You bear the direct cost of returning the goods. You are only liable for any loss in value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning.

How to return
- Email us at hello@mytinybabyworld.com with your order number and the items you'd like to return.
- We reply with the return address and instructions.
- Pack the items securely and keep your proof of postage.
Exchanges
Need a different size? The quickest way is to return the item and place a new order for the size you need, so it isn't sold out while your return is on its way.
Faulty or wrong items
Received something damaged or not what you ordered? Contact us within 14 days at hello@mytinybabyworld.com with a photo and we'll make it right at no cost to you.
